Shawn in the service department is super quick and helpful I was able to get checked in for my appointment in about 10 minutes and when my vehicle was ready he was helping another customer and was able to keep helping them while getting my keys and paperwork to send me on my way. That’s a guy who knows I don’t want to be spending all day at the dealership and made my experience no longer than it had to be I can’t recommend him enough.

Never done a deal like this and was a little hesitant but as it turned out Daren Tinker had it completed, very fairly, in a matter of minutes. A nice gentleman showed up two days later with a check and the deal was done. Simple, fair, easy.

Darren Tinker aka “Tink” was truly amazing to work with. I listed my car on Facebook and he found me instantly and worked out a great deal for me to get a price that I did really want but for the dealership to also get a good deal. He stayed in contact with me for a week while I was back-and-forth about when I would be able to come in to sell him my vehicle and even though I bought from somewhere else he also did an outstanding job trying to get me the best deal on one of his possible. Every time I walked into the dealership to see him all I saw was him scrolling through Facebook, you could tell who works very hard and it’s good at what he does. Truly awesome even when I forgot some of my expensive items in the car, he made sure to rescue them for me before they could be thrown away by anyone in service. I will absolutely go here in the future and request Tink!

I'm always treated with care and respect by Derrick, Missy and Jeff at the service dept. A correct diagnosis and repair the first time is what I've experienced on the past service visits. That says a lot for this dealership. They will have my business when it's time to buy a new car.
