Excellent buying experience here with Derek and the team at McCarthy CDJR. I havent bought a car in several years and was very anxious upon arrival, as I knew my trade was high mileage and may not fetch a very good price. However, Derek and the managers here really listened to what I wanted out of my next car, and were adherent to budget parameters I gave them. Overall, this process was much faster and much less nerve wracking than I expected walking in. I am thankful to have given them a shot because it ended up being a smooth and easy process and I went home with a great deal on a preowned Outback.

I went to the Jeep service department to get my car fixed, and the customer service was absolutely amazing. Sean and another gentleman (a Marine—I wish I remembered his name) went above and beyond for me. I don’t know much about cars, and everything was explained to me in the best way possible—clear, patient, and without making me feel uncomfortable or talked down to. My appointment was scheduled for Thursday, but my car was finished by Wednesday. They made sure I wasn’t left stranded, and that meant a lot to me. I’ve always shopped around for the best price when it comes to repairs, but moving forward, I’ll be doing all my repairs here. Exceptional service matters to me, and this experience truly delivered. As a woman, I felt respected, taken care of, and valued. I absolutely loved that.
